slow low flow

Saturday, April 13th, 2019 from 12 – 1 PM

some days yoga feels like sunshine; other days we learn how a pose can benefits us after practice, off the mat, over the years. whether a sequence moves gently or the flow engages strength, i always ask that you take care with attention to your breath - i believe you know your body best. i invite you, cue by cue, to listen, honor and explore.
